As our national coming out initiative, BlackOut 2006 is a joint effort between NBJC and the International Federation of Black Prides. To collect 100000 pledges nationwide, BlackOut 2006 coordinator Sian Lewis attends prides, coordinates town halls and conducts workshops addressing issues important to the black LGBTQ and SGL communities.
