Black, Queer, and Seen

#RepresentationMatters

NBJC is excited about Black Queer and Seen. Black Queer and Seen is to create space for the representation of our community in media and culture.

This campaign includes features from NBJC’s Executive Director, Dr. David Johns, discussing media that includes representation of our community or is otherwise relevant to ensuring that all Black people can thrive and reels sharing content, inspiration, and celebrating meaningful and memorable moments.

Our goal is to ensure the community is aware of diverse and affirming media and to give flowers to members of our community and deserving creative endeavors.
