This policy defines the National Black Justice Collective’s (NBJC) position on discrimination. This policy applies to all NBJC employees and contractors. 

NBJC follows an equal opportunity employment policy and employs personnel regardless of race, creed, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, height, weight, physical or mental disability, veteran status, and marital status

This policy also applies to internal promotions, training, opportunities for advancement, terminations, relationships with outside vendors and customers, contractors and consultants, and dealing with the general public

The National Black Justice Coalition (NBJC) is a civil rights organization dedicated to the empowerment of Black lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and same gender loving (LGBTQ/SGL) people, including people living with HIV/AIDS.
