We are proud to have our Deputy Executive Director @VKirbyYork featured on @Sephora’s New York City Times Square Pride Month Billboard and to be one of their Diversity Equity Partners! As we champion passage of the Equality Act to help end discrimination in retail, their study has been a powerful resource to quantify what Black people have been saying and experiencing for decades around constantly being watched as we shop. Hopefully, in part thanks to their research, this year we will be able to make discrimination in retail illegal for all of us.
